Ulta's Glitterati set has 3 great dupes of highly coveted Deborah Lippmann polishes and that makes it worth its $4.99 price. The one color in the set that is less recognizable as a dupe is Fashionably Late, a blackened jelly base with charcoal and silver hex glitter. It may not be as well known, but I happen to think this is a dupe of a Lippmann as well. Dancing in the Dark was recently released as part of the Dance Music holiday trio, a set of minis.
I don't own a the Lippman but I do own a very similar color, Wet n Wild Diamond in the Rough. Join me after the jump for a coat by coat comparison of the two.

As far as differences, I would say the main difference between look of the two polishes is that Diamond in the Rough has some holo large glitter in the mix while Fashionably Late only has silver and grey. DitR was almost opaque at one coat and just needed the second coat to even it out. Meanwhile, FL has a darker charcoal base and less gritty texture, but was really thin at 1 coat. It was fine by the 2nd coat and I feel the 3rd was unnecessary for both. When compared to the Lippmann, from the pictures, it seems like Ulta has the right texture but is missing the holo glitter you can find in Wet n Wild. It seems like China Glaze Some Like it Haute is another polish that is very similar to the ones mentioned in this post (charcoal gray, silver and holo glitter).
Here's a final, blurred-out picture that I think captures the holo nature of the Wet N Wild glitter versus the Ulta.
